Inore specific folders

Hi! I'm using WinAmp 5.621 on my pc running Windows 7 Home Premium, and I also use WinAmp 1.1.1 on my LG Optimus V smartphone. I'm really happy with the software, with one major annoyance. Whenever I connect my phone to the PC and sync files, it always deletes my ringtones and notifications if I'm not paying close attention to the process. Is there a way that I may have overlooked to have Winamp ignore the folder that contains my custom ringtones and notifications?

Either that or is there a way to tell Winamp only to look in one specific folder for music files on my Android phone?
