ILLEGAL OPERATION winamp2.81

Hi I just downloaded winamp 2.81 (I dont like winamp 3) and when I downloaded the install.exe and doble clicked it...and illegal operation error came up and it read...

WINAMP281_FULL caused an invalid page fault in
