I have just got a new PC running XP and have set up WinAmp as on my old system running WinME , But after checking all settings i cannot get Overlay-Desktop AVS to work at all,I have already checked the normal display settings but cannot find the active desktop settings in WinXP (if indeed it has them -as nothin shown on help!) my system if running a nVidia graphics card Can Any one HELP ????????? |

The active desktop settings are in the Web tab of the Display properties in the control panel. Right-click your desktop and click "properties" to open it.

I figured it out. you can't run overlay in anyting higher tahn 1024x768
|

Thank for help got it sorted now, 4 some strange reason i have to click in the colour box a couple of times then it works, dont know y but thats life
