sight
touch
hearing
smell
taste

i'll go first...

my smell.i could live just fine without smelling odors like sweat,shit,wet dog,beer breath and farts!

Hmmm, seems like tast and smell are too closely related to fully function alone, so that's a two-fer.
I have a friend with MS, she copes quite well with no feeling in some parts of her body, so perhaps touch could be dispensed with.
One question....what's in this deal for me?

all my life i've been afraid of losing my sight
i like music far too much to give up hearing
kissing my girlfriend just wouldnt' be as much fun w/out a sense of taste or touch

Not true! I have a close friend of mine who lost his sense of smell as a result of brain surgery, yet can still taste everything....

id prefer to keep all my senses, cuz they seem to work better when cooperating, but if i had to lost one id probably forgo the sense of smell. i think i use it less than the others, and i like the others a lot more anyways.
