problem renaming tracks

not sure if it's a bug or not but it feels like one. i was a victim of the single cddb lookup when not online but now cannot rename any of the tracks on that particular cd (paradise lost - believe in nothing). i go to "View file info" (alt + 3) and click away but to no avail. it works well enough with mp3s (the tag editor comes up) but to have my cd as unknown is rather frustrating... hope i haven't made an error of the school boy sort and just am not clicking the correct button.
any help's appreciated.
