HELP! Type Something Else in Stream

honest, i have done extensive searches before asking this question...here is my log

please type something else in the stream title? what does that mean? everything else seems to be working just fine...help

also, and is it sufficient to just have a playlist in my winamp to broadcast? do i have to call it something else so that it can be broadcasted? i am using my ip and then the port with a slash and then listen.pls

is that enough?
