need special pligin

Hi All - just wondering if there is a plugin to make winamp use a visualisation, not from playing a file, but from soundcard input (like if you plug the radioi into line in on your soundcard and want to activate the visualisation)
any ideas much appreciated

thanks guys - one prob, under my input sub-tab i have no 'line in' plugin. i have searched the winamp site here with no luck - any idea where i can get the plugin now?

It's the in_cdda.dll CD/LineIn input plugin. You should have it already.

okey dokey, i think im onta the drama. it SHOULD be there, im sure, by the way 100% of ppl are telling me it should be, but it AINT!!

well i know whenever i install winamp, i take out the 'associate with cd's' thing, maybe thats it, will re-install and try (going version 3 from 2.75), will keeps yous posted if thats the prob, may be handy advise if any other lost soul like myself trying the same trick

woohoo! success! - winamp 3 - i see lost the immediate plugin in preferences, so trashed it, and re-loaded 2.75. support for audio CD's and bingo!
