Numerous reasons. Impressing women (no, really!), playing soft music while I sleep, white noise for working, rocking to my favorite tunes, experimenting with graphic designing. Also to share my love of music with the rest of the world (WinampDB).

Watch movies/Videos. Leave it running while I'm playing a game so I can listen to music.

We're in limited beta right now but as soon it's available I'm sure someone will make an announcement about it in this forum. Most likely if rm' or griffin doesn't get to announcing it, I'll do it.

Blasting myself with music at just the right level that if it were any louder it'd hurt.
Looking at some of these plugins tho, I'd say maybe an operating system in the next coupla years! Text viewers, browsers, and servers, oh my!

I tried that once, but my firewall prevented everyone from connecting, so instead I played around (successfully) with WWWinamp!

I use to play music and the occasional video. Mainly the music is played while I surf the net, and I use the radio for music whilst fragging.

"Welcome to the Island of people who know too much."..."Did you really think balloons would stop him?!"
See what I'm listening too.
