colds are all the rage here (what, being part of a large student community coupled with the fact that it's cold more often than not here doesn't help) - but i have a fairly strong immune system, and i'm not usually down for too long. as for being healthy, i used to sprint/marathon canoe (i was in the scotland squad!), but a back condition
i have meant that i was in quite bad pain every time i tried to sit up, and you have
to sit up to go fast, so eventually i quit doing that. the healithiest i get is that i had to walk 3-4 miles to the centre of edinburgh every day for the last 2 months or so. now i live in the centre of edinburgh, but my lectures are a couple miles from me, so i'm buying a bike, and that'll help me get about, and hopefully encourage me to get some excercise.
