Music Plays too fast - SOLUTION

If some of you people hosting your stations had the same problem I did then listen to this..

I had reinstalled windows fresh and got the newest version of WinAmp 2, i went to test it out and the music was playing really fast and everything, but right when I installed the old version I had before (WinAmp version: 2.78c). Yes..I know it's older, but it does fix the problem, with any skipping or speed problems, for the best results also disable the sound output with the output plugin (usually the last one that is labeled "beta" somewhere in it)
