Smoke 1.06 MultiMon support

Hi,

Smoke rocks, as does Milkdrop. Awesome. Two wishlist items:

1. Smoke 1.06 does NOT seem to respect my choice of D3D devices. I.e.
it doesn't remember which one I select on my multimon system, and always renders to primary. This is a BIG SHAME.

2. Smoke NEEDS render to desktop. It's crying out for it. It wants it!

I wonder how much in donation money we could round up to make it worthwhile. ;_)
