remote serving

i just wondered if i could let another user use my server from a romote location?? and if i can ,will it matter if they have dial-up and i have broadband ?? and how do i go about setting them up,for example do i just give them my password,or do i let them copy my settings or what??

so...if anyone could answer these for me i would greatly appreciate it ..................peace out

They will need to fill out the info in the DSP. So the password, IP and PORT.
