Playlist plugin

I'm looking for another plugin: Whilst having a set playlist on SHUFFLE (v important) at a given time the user would select say Tracks 1,2 and 3 which would then play after the current track has finished (and not jump to another track as the RANDOM setting would dictate)

Is there anything like that out there? I've looked but haven't found anything that works with shuffle switched ON.

It's in Winamp3, but I know of nothing like this for Wianmp2.

How does one do that (with clear instuctions) coz I've not figureed out the playlist in wa3?
