Has anyone had any experiance with it here?

I have been using it very sucessfully for IRC and POP3, but i cannot for the life of me manage to use it to log on to AIM or ICQ etc.

Any ideas?

I am using it in remote host mode, and never go the socks server bit to work.

nah, i use http-tunnel, but there's a horrible bandwidth cap on that, despte it being pretty easy to use...
