The worst sound I ever heard, was on a video, where somebody was arm-wrestling with another dude and his arm broke (it broke somewhere around the elbow, so even though he was leaning foward, like he was winning, the back of his hand was on the table) OUCH!!!!!

but internationally, the worst sound is definitly that typical alarm clock sound (UUHHHH UUHHHH UHHHHH UUUHHHH,...). Everybody dreads that!

Sounds like a train horn at 500 feet away.

the windows sound is relativley annoying. especially if you are having pc problems and you are rebooting once every few seconds, and can't be bothered to unplug the speakers. Same for fingernails+blackboard.
