One More Question

I got my shoutcast server working, now I got one more question. I have it set for 2 users at 60k stereo, and i'm on cable with about 200k upload speeds. Will someone with a 56k be able to stream ok to my server or not?

56kbps < 60kbps. Simple math. No, they can't listen without MAJOR skips and buffers.
