so the sniper has asked for 10million,

whats the point, they'll jump on him or someone else as soon as they access the account. or will they, this sniper is clever, hes off the scene as soon as possible, or so we think. hes killed ten wounded 3.
he uses military gun, maybe this clue is a little too obvious.

So military. what organization, well, just because it isn't named doesn't mean it don't exist.
maybe its Bushes forces instead of the original CIA, they want the homelands bill through, look at the coincidences of anthrax, bali. bills being pushed through because of them.

why ask for the 10million, if they don't pay, more lives will be lost and more likely kids lives, if they do pay, well who knows. will it stop will it continue, who pays exactly, is anybody paying, will they ever bring the military/shadow military to justice.

Keep in mind that he didn't just ask for 10 million dollars...his exact demand was something along the lines of "10 million dollars, deposited into an account with unlimited/unrestricted electronic access." I suspect that he has some plan on how to access the money without being caught (maybe he has hundreds of intermediary accounts (all at different banks and in different countries) set up that he is prepared the funnel the money through before actually withdrawing it, giving him time to flee to wherever and then withdraw the money and disappear before anybody can track where the money actually went to. Maybe he's a computer hacker and has come up with a clever and untraceable way of accessing the account (although if this is true then I fail to see why the killings would be necessary, as if he had that sort of skill then he could probably just break into the bank's systems and digitally "create" $10 million in his bank account). I don't think that this guy is stupid (if he were then he'd have been caught already), and he probably has a plan which he feels will allow him to access the money and still remain uncaptured.

I think its jsut some wanna be prankster jackass. I doubt the real sniper is so dumb as to make that demand. For evading the cops this long, he has to know that this is no possible in any way, shape, or form, and will only lead to his ambush.
