WA3 skin rating system

So, new guidelines are being put in place to establish a new method of quality control over WA3 skins. What do you think should be done to keep skin ratings fair?

I think i should mention that no matter what happens in regards to minimum standards for publishing, that the current staff rating system will most likely stay the same.

I think skins should have a minimum amount of completeness and functionality but it should be a lot lower than it is right now.

Yeah, atmo, good call. I should've mentioned from the getgo that I just put up the poll for the hell of it, Nullsoft and it's people are in no way endorsing/requesting this poll. I just happened to be drunk. Thanx, you're beautiful!!
