fruity loops 3 question

sometimes fruity loops gets into this mood where it doesnt want to playback anything without skips. its only using 3% of my processor and mixing 1/2 voices, but it sounds like it is having these little underruns all the time. it is so goddamn annoying. these songs usually play fine, and i am able to edit them and put as much delay or bass as i want and it doesnt skip. but sometimes it just will nopt play correctly. anyone ever had the same problem?

i increased all the buffer sizes and it works better now, i am not getting the same throusands of underruns. but sometimes it does this and sometimes it doesnt. any ideas? any ideas on how to optimize XP for audio apps?

i know nothing about fruity loops or windows xp, but i would suggest as a few generic answers to check both the fruity loops and the microsoft sites for info on the underruns/optimisations. be sure to check your free memory, and if you can increase the size of your swap file (provided you can't close other programs).

Sure but depends on what version you have...I have 3.5.6 full and will doesn't save some plugins such as simsynth and wasp and more

just send the files anyways
