Wrong to LOL, part V: It gets personal

Well, this is certainly interesting. There was a security guard at work who really liked me, and repeatedly asked me out despite being told that I was happily married to Beau.

Well, that guard has now been fired. Management decided that since he already has an injured knee, he could--in the future--injure himself and sue us, and was terminated as a liability. In any other state, this would be illegal, but since Indiana is an employment-at-will state, this was perfectly kosher.

Now, I don't want to seem too evil here, but I feel as though a great weight has been lifted off my shoulders. No more "Was HE there today?" from beau. No more accusing glances from my co-workers every time I talked to him.

I just have to Smile.

Justified - you didn't fire him, and he is out of your hair.

I think a bit of sexual tension in the work place makes life more interesting.
Of course, I'm speaking from the point-of-view of the stalker, not the stalkee.

There's no need to tell me when I'm right;
I operate on that principle exclusively and with absolute certainty

Make sure to read the company's sexual harrassment policies before accepting any jobs, friend.
