Honduras Bans 'Violent' Video Games

http://www.gamesindustry******content...e=pub&aid=1042

Awhile back there was a stink over Greece supposedly doing this, but it turned out not to be what everyone thought it was.

This is the real thing...

And Honduras, of all countries.

Could not have come at a better time. Just look how corrupt those youngins have become as a result of those awful, awful video games.

The chaos escalated when a group of armed revolutionaries from the Honduran countryside raided JCPenney.
Lol, if only we had "armed revolutionaries" raiding our department stores then maybe things wouldn't be so boring all the time.

The raid was suppressed when government forces arrived and fired tear gas and rubber bullets on the marauders, sending them fleeing into the Rainforest Cafe.
That's extremely funny- those damned rainforest cafes are so loud, obnoxious and attention wanting. There's one in the mall I frequent, and you can hear the annoying animals way deep in the mall echoing across the marble corridors

I've never been in there, but I understand it's basically dennys fare with double the prices and exotic garnishes.

And in other news, this thread has been successfully derailed.

Now is the time for all good Americans to come to the aid of their Country

Whoever said that is mostly misinformed...mostly. While they do have some things that are pretty typical, such as burgers and the like, they do have other, more unique stuff (some of their appetizers are really good). If you can tolerate the tacky atmosphere and the inevitably long wait to get in, they're worth a visit...not that I'd choose them over somewhere like Outback Steak House, or even Ruby Tuesdays, but their food isn't terrible.

you know what's really disturbing? during the time of the sniper killings, in the US wal-mart removed all games that featured sniper rifles from their shelves. they still sold a full range of guns and ammunition, however.

as for this one, i'm not convinced that censorship like that has any useful purpose.
