You either need to:
1. Host yourself
2. Pay for third party hosting

Solutions:
1.
Check out the Sticky post titled:
SHOUTcast: Important Info & Answers to FAQs. READ ME!

Scroll down a bit and look for the section titled:
How to Setup a Live Audio Stream -> How to set up an Internet Radio station
How to Setup a Live Audio Stream -> 15 Steps to setting up SHOUTcast

Additionally, check out HeatRadio's thread, A Basic Guide To Shoutcasting

2.
See a list of third party DNAS hosters at http://www.radiotoolbox.com/hosts/

To pay for hostings means:
1. Someone sets up the DNAS for you and gives you the ip/port
2. You send your Winamp/DSP combo source to the DNAS ip/port
3. Listeners connect to the DNAS ip/port and use the hosters bandwidth

Note: Some hosters give you a name, such as stream.foobar.com, instead of an ip. In that case, in the 3 numbered lines above, replace ip with name.

Don't confuse SHOUTcast hosting with web hosting.

Hey. If you have some kinda hosting service already, maybe you can ask them to run the DNAS. I have a imhosted.com server, and they are glad to run the DNAS on there for me. unfortunately, it chews up my bandwidth, which is only 10GB per month.

to host yourself, go to www.no-ip.com and get a free no-ip... that program auto updates your ip to a name.. like mine... http://gonzex.no-ip.com ... it´s useful for dialup or for changing IP numbers

If i want to be that someone. What should I do. Is installing Shoutcast and having it working enough? What information should i give to client? And do i do the broadcast like i do for my self or shall i add any special address to it?
