1. You either need to be your own server (see #1 below) or get third party hosting (see #2 below).

2. If you are your own host, then the number of listeners you can support is based on your selected streaming bitrate and upload bandwidth limit. If you have third party hosting, then as long as your upload bandwidth can support your selected streaming bitrate, you can support however many listeners you want to purchase. (see #3 below)

Follow the instructions in #1 to setup the Winamp/DSP combo then visit http://www.radiotoolbox.com/hosts/ for some third party hosters.

Check out the Sticky post titled:

Scroll down a bit and look for the section titled:
1. DNAS Stuff -> Bandwidth -> DSLReports Bandwidth tester(Only be concerned with the UPLOAD bandwidth)
2. DNAS Stuff -> Bandwidth -> CasterClub's Listener Calculator
3. DNAS Stuff -> Bandwidth -> CasterClub's Bandwidth Calculator

Use 1 to find your upload.
Use 2 to determine the number of listeners you can support at your selected streaming bitrate.

Additionally, your listeners download needs to exceed your streaming bitrate.
