Duckhunt (say that 10 times fast
)I loved Contra and the various Teenaged Mutant Ninja Turtles ones. Mission Impossible was fun, but I could never get past the first level. For the freedom to express myself in my own way without fear of being censored or banned. |

Final Fantasy 1. If you haven't played it yet, you have problems.

KIRBY ALL THE WAAAY! Also, Zelda, Donkey Kong, Indiana Jones, Gundam, Final Fantasy. (I had a wide library of games.) And for Sega (I had a Genesis for 8 years! The same console!
) I had Sonic 2, Sonic 3, Sonic Spinball, Sonic 3D, (I was a Sonic fan) Lion King (That was the first game I got for the Sega... Ah, memories. I could get to the end level no problem but I could NEVER beat it!! I threw Scar off the cliff once but then I didn't know what to do... Can someone tell me how to beat it?) I got to the point of expertise in Lion King where I played every level flawlessly and exactly the same every time, the same timing and everything... Boy, was I obsessed. To this day, I haven't beat the Lion King.Who is this damn monkey, where is he from, and why does he keep appearing in my e-mails! WTF???

Legend of Zelda (with it's cool gold colored cartridge) Paperboy Contra Mario 1, 2, and 3 Final Fantasy doesn't get a vote because it didn't allow movement along diagonal axes, and I consider such a feature to be a requirement for a game to be even deemed "playable." Incidentally, all the FF games on the SNES also suffer from this exact same limitation, and have thus gone unplayed. EDIT: And also the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles games were fun, and so hard to beat (especially the one that was a port of the game that was in video arcades). Heh, I'm not surprised that nobody else said "River City Ransom", it was possibly the best game that noone played. It's probably rare to find an original cartridge of it, but you can always just get Nesticle (NES Emulator) and a Rom of the game.

Legend of Zelda and the Final Fantasy Series.
And for Atari: Adventure. It was the first console game of the genre. |

Somewhere there's a thread about my Nintendo games... I'm not going to bother finding it though because I'm lazy.
