It's very similar to my skin Component ID: 112078. Mine was originally created in 2001, and updated in 2002.

Nope, not a rip. A skin has to use graphics from another skin to be a rip. the same theme and/or style doesn't qualify. Unless you can point out a place where the two skins are exactly the same, there's no rip.

That said, I'm glasd to see you updated your skin. I have the old version, but this one's much better.
