Spyware Alert!!!

ok guy's, After just running a diagnostic's [Ad-Aware]
I found or it did, this :
Alexa key:HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\microsoft\internet explorer\extensions\{c95fe080-8f5d-11d2-a20b-00aa003c157a}\

When I did a general search , I found that it seems to be a web-crawler and if you remove it,somehow it canget back in. I found references to Google,Kaaza,Gator and other's.

Seem's it goes for IE 5.0 or higher. Thought I'd pass it on so watch for it as it can come back.

Yeah I thought that till I checked as I got rid of that thing a few weeks ago and about a fortnight a month prior to that. When I found it tonight [again ] I checked up on it like I said. Didn't like what I was reading so I thought I'd pass it on.
What exactly is it? Is it some sort of .exe that the actual prog. needs to work or what? According to some of the stuff I seen [and I only had a quick look mind cause I'm busy] it can get back in [obviously as I've deleted it before.
I just don't like stuff that register's as suspicious is all. And this thing does.
Whats the crack with it Sawg?
