NOW PLAYING (static text?)
I am boardcasting a Police Scanner and I notice that the "TITLE" that is typed into the Output of the encoder does not stay... If I restart WinAmp I always have to retype the same thing, "Live Feed from Darien, CT". I was wondering if there as a way to make this stick?
