remote control and WMP

Ok, i got winamp working with my RM-1000w remote, but can I get WIndows Media Player 9 to wrok with it as well? Where do I get Media Player plugins like that? (I tried the microsoft plugin link, but there's no remote plugins, and they all cost coin anyhow...(I guess Gates is still short on cash)

If it's working fine with Winamp, then I have no idea why on earth you'd want it to work with WMP???
Winamp is made by a far friendlier bunch who like to help small developers make stuff in their spare time, hence there are a million times more plugins available for winamp. Also, Winamp is far better (in my humble opinion of course) so few developers would be motivated to make such a plugin for WMP. I'd guess that no such remote plugins would exist for WMP, that is only a guess mind.
