Problems With Shoutcast Server

I first started DJing on the shoutcast server software, probably around a week ago. Yesterday, I started getting complaints on how the streaming would either: stop, fast forward, or re-buffer continuously. I have not been able to fix this problem. People have been telling me about this huge bug, some worm they say, and it may have affected me. I scanned my whole system, and I'm clean. I have ran out of options on how to fix this problem. I was able to get at least 15 people listening and no one would re-buffer. I just have one and they said it re-buffers. My connection is cable and I usually set the bit rate at 128kbps.
