DSP bug?

Winamp2.81/DSP plugin 1.8.2b/SHOUTcast server 1.9.2/Linux

Plugin configured for five outputs:
1 - 128kbps, 44k, stereo
2 - 96kbps, 44k, stereo
3 - 24kbps, 22k, mono
4 - 32kbps, 22k, mono
5 - 48kbps, 44k, mono

All outputs after 96kbps have very low signal level.
DSP source - line input (sound card).

All servers configured from same config file except PortBase parameter
Am I doing something wrong or there is a bug?

PS: Can anyone tell me if following config will work:
Two winamps with dsp plugin running on a same machine with two
sound cards and each plugin uses corresponding sound card input.
