Sure, put your Winamp/DSP combo in soundcard/advanced mode. Then whatever sounds your machine makes, your stream will caryy.

Check out the Sticky post titled:

Scroll down a bit and look for the section titled:

So, for example, if I was playing music through Winamp and Broadcasting it and I switched it onto Soundcard and then using Windows Sound Recorder I played a WAV file the Broadcasters would pick BOTH up? When I try to speak over the music it still won't work, the music cuts out. I have looked at the options on my play recorder and I have none of the requested there.

Just re-read your post. Wouldn't the sounds go OVER the music?

If the options aren't in the recorder options/properties, update your soundcard drivers. This worked for me.

Look, you set-up the DSP to use soundcard input, go the the sound recording control (the speaker icon on the taskbar), select mixer and play the wav's through winamp and it will broadcast. Got it?

This is a sig of some nature.

If you are looking for simple solution to broadcast recorded wav files or use live mic (live talk) check out OTSJuke DJ at http://otsjuke.com . I have over 50 prerecorded spots originated using soundrecorder or Audigy sound card and can also talk "live" in between songs or frankly anytime. Over the music, during pause control or insertion of a prerecorded message. AND, it is shoutcast compatible.

I meant how to update my sound card. I know how to do the Graphics card but not sure whether it is the same.

You have to go to the manufactures website and get the new drivers. Then in device manager update driver.
