Color theme bug?

Hi everyone,
In my skin, Evo, when it is in a color theme, a red bar at the top appears- it is flashy when you move the mouse around. I have noticed this happening with XSlant, Cannes, Chronabie and a few others. Is this a problem with my XML or is it a winamp bug?

its a big old nasty winamp3 bug, it happens when you color theme the vis.
