Full screen skins?

Are there any good full screen skins, or are is it too resolution-dependant to be done? A lot of posts have been about WA3 at parties... it would be awesome to have a good full screen skin with built-in playlist/media library features to add songs on the fly without looking at windows at all

I think I've seen one on deskmod.com... made by a guy who wanted to use it for TVout things. But I'm not sure if this is what you are looking for
