I'm stuck, please help.

I used shout for 6+ hours now and when i try login to : http://213.65.237.24:8000/content/music.pls">Music</A>
It says : Invalid resource

My ini is bellow, much reading but i whould be greatfull if somone can help me out.

Did you follow the tutorial for on-demand content?
