Winamp3 and Shoutcast... Can't become a host station! What's up?

I have Winamp3, which is infinately better than the previous versions, and I want to be a host station, but Shoutcast doesn't seem to be compatible with WA3 for host stations. Does the proper DSP plug-in exist that compats with WA3, or is that still in the works? Please reply. Thanks.

Ok, now I'm in a fix, everyone. I got the Winamp2 plugin manager, and I have the DSP plugin for shoutcast, but STILL cannot setup winamp3 to run as a server host. This blows.

Why not use Winamp2.x for just broadcasting and Winamp3.x for the rest of your Winamp activities?
