Need Help About IP

Hi everybody.I made a server with shoutcast and i can make everything correctly.Everything is ok except something.I think my ip changes sometimes but i m not sure. I look to my ip address from ms-dos writing netstat -n and when i look the ip address there it changes so my listeners can not use the same ip that i give to them.Do i have to give them everytime another ip address or is there a solution?Thanks from now...
