Serious help needed for song history codes

I'm totally ignorant to any code other than HTML, so I have no idea how to work the code onto my website so that my visitors can see the songs that are playing or have played. I've seen most of the pages, including the sticky one, downloaded everything, but I can't make it work. If somebody could just go in and do it for me, I would e-mail my information about my site (username / password) to them so they can fix it for me. That's how desperate I am. Otherwise, if you could seriously dummy it up for me, I'd appreciate it.
