my radio don`t work - pls Help

I saw somebody with the same problem, but please explain me with simple words, because my english and my computer culture are not so good.
Well, the prblem is in this message:
yp.shoutcast.com gave extended error (Cannot see your station/computer (IP: 212.198.0.97:8000) from the Internet, disable Internet Sharing/NAT/firewall/ISP cache (Connection refused))
