Full support for Mixed Mode CDs (data+audio)

I would like full support for mixed mode cds.
E.g. I have Railroad Tycoon 2 which has some nice
audio tracks on them, but they don't show up in Winamp 2.90.
If I use ISOBuster, it shows me the audio tracks and I can play them.
I think this issue is somehow related to my DVD drive,
a LITEON LTD-122 with IL5Z firmware, but ISOBuster
properly detects it as a mixed-mode CD, and Winamp doesn't.

So please, add this support, and let me play all
the nice audio CD tracks that are on my game CDs

hehe... kinda funny that someone might think after all these years that Nullsoft hadn't thought to include support for mixed-mode CDs....
