Server Problem

When I try to connect my server I get this:

[main] error opening source socket! FATAL ERROR! Some other process is using this port!

I tried changing the port, but nothing changes- I get the same message..

I tried looking through old posts and found nothing on the subject. Any help'd be appreciated

Heh.. yeah, I know.. I read through all of those and still.. nothing helps.. I still get the same thing...
