everything is uploaded for broadcast

Hi, im new to these forums. I know how to use shoutcast and all that but I have a question about having one on my server. I talked to the people who own it and they said its fine. I uploaded everything on winamp 2 and the shoutcast server so how do i begin broadcasting?

My brother and I use the same IP so I cant broadcast on it. I also cannot get to my router settings because I searched for them and nothing came up. I tried putting it on a different port but that doesnt help.
