id tag

hi,

i like to know is there a way you can have the id tag read only.. can't be change or erase.. is there another way instead of make the file readonly? becuz i came a mp3 and i tried to change the tag.. but everytime i change it.. it goes back to how it was.. and the file is not readonly.
