Forum drama - Anywhere other than the Winamp forums?

Is it just me, or are the Winamp forums the only place where I feel there's a sence of drama in the atmosphere? All other forums I post at don't really have this thing going on. Other forums I post at, you leave, you just slowly dissappear until most-to-all of the forum members seem to forget about you without notice. Here, you leave, you must leave a message at the door apon departure, everyone that cared for you made a fuss, people that didn't care start to bitch about the over-exaggeration of a leaving forum member and that such a thing isn't nessessary...Why the drama? I just don't get it...

Maybe other people just post at different forums, and have had the chance to experience another setting that's similar to Winamp's. Afterall, different forums with different members have different moods. Different people post at different forums, so at maybe at least everyone will have a different experience from everyone else. As for me, I've never met another...

A very close Japanese friend I knew a while ago once said to me "Watashi no koto wo oboeta, onegai shimasu...Yakusoku?"

I forgot his name though...

I like drama. It's so... how would you say... theatrical.

Actually, something very similiar to this is currently happening at another forum I visit. Also, a forum I used to frequent had the exact same problem as the admins not listening to the users and bans being hurled about. That forum ended up getting DDoSed unti it finally fell... I'm kind of wondering how long this all will last before someone takes it a bit too far.

Ive watched drama unfold before, here and many other places, the forums will move on, and I'll still be posting here like I was before.
