Excellent preset! I like the colors and scope. But is the second effect list actually doing anything? I think you can put its contents on the main level for more speed, while making no changes at all to the effect.

cool stuff, but you can use more colour maps to make the preset more interesting

Titles are relative to your post count, not your presets:
Junior member: 0-49
Member: 50-99
Senior Member: 100-499
Major Dude: 500-1999
Forum King: 2000-9999
Mod: custom or 10000 upwards

Nice preset. Not amazing but good job

If things go my way, there won't be any post counts for regular members or titles. I'm not sure yet though.

do you mean, not list it out to them? or have their memberness something that is voted on by the elders?

or very possibly... have everyone as..... equals?!!?!
