mic problems with SHOUTcast

When i select my "What U Hear" in my record controls, shoutcast no longer picks up the sound of my mic. I am forced to select microphone in record options if i want to talk on shoutcast. another thing is that when i select "what u hear" pc speaker, tad-in, auxilarry, and microphone are all muted. i can only unmute one at a time, and i can't even un-mute pc speakers. could this be the problem. help a poor nooblet.

p.s. yes my mic works

I didnt. I just reinstalled my drivers.
