I am so confused...

Okay, I believe I have d/l'ed everything I need to connect to the shoutcast server but nothing is happening... I think this is beyond me, but I want to learn! I want to be able to broadcast my live sets. How do you get to the point of broadcasting? I am sorry if I sound un-intelligent I am just not for sure of what I need to do. It looks like I am streaming but where? I have no clue. I tried to follow the instructions on the site but I got to the point where it says; "Once you have found a download location for the SHOUTcast DSP plugin, right click on the link, and click on "Save Link As" in Netscape Navigator, or "Save Target As" in Microsoft Internet Explorer." I have d/l'ed everything I think and I am not able to find this link anywhere on my 'puter! Someone please help a frustrated female!
