Help me Please!!

Right i have a massive problem, how do a get a broadcasting server for me to stream off, i cant seem to find one anywhere!

If i havent explained myslef very well, i am looking for the info to put in the output part of the settings...

Have i just not read things properly and if so, can someone please show me what i have missed....
