suddenly being prompted to save instead of stream - xmms

I'm using xmms - I was able to just click the button and I was getting streaming audio..now I am prompted to save the button. Unfortunately, other people use this so system as well, so I can't just backtrack my steps. I also checked out the newbie FAQ's and apologize if my answer is there, I just didn't see it.

Did *.pls and/or *.m3u disappear from the file extension(s) associated with XMMS?
