minimum pings

what is the minimum pings u need to broadcast smoothly with? Would 150ms-175ms be too high?

It really depends on the broadcast bitrate, and the stability of the pings. For 128k+ streams, you need it consistantly less than 150 for a buffer free experience. Any time it jumps above 200 for more than a few seconds, you risk buffering.

In my opinion, anything over 100ms between you and your relay is risky. The latency between my source stream and relay hosts range from 10-40ms. I specifically chose relays which peer well with the source stream.
