why song title can't present chinese characters?

what do u mean, on winamp???

well beacuase winamp is made up based on skins

when people create skins, you 'draw' what you want each character to look like

you can only draw characters a - z, A - Z, 0 - 9 and puncuation and symbols

basically, winamp just doesn't support it i think
